At Skinsbliss, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your beauty devices. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@skinsbliss.org with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the product with all original materials
  4. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method and include your RA number
  5. Receive Confirmation: We'll notify you once we receive and process your return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different product or variant. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exchange Process:

  • Same process as returns - contact us first
  • Specify which product you'd like to receive
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges of equal value

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use or damage
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or final sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Send a replacement immediately upon notification
  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The product does not match its description

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval/rejection notification: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Credit to your account: Depends on your payment provider (typically 3-5 business days)

Warranty Information

All Skinsbliss beauty devices come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims or technical issues after 30 days, please contact us for assistance.
